At 1826 Mixology & Rooftop Bar, you can sit back at the oh-so-comfy chairs on the deck and enjoy their exclusive live jazz band every Wednesday between 7pm – 1am. Not to mention that their cocktail menu is just fab!

​1826 Mixology & Rooftop Bar is located in the heart of Asok on the 26^th floor of the Rembrandt Hotel & Suites Bangkok. With famous sisters like Rang Mahal, Bangkok’s favorite authentic Indian restaurant, and the best Mexican restaurant in Bangkok, Mexicano, baby 1826 Mixology has a lot to live up to. That being said, it is within walking distance from both BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit. Just hop off the train and walk along the Sukhumvit main road and turn to Soi 18 – head straight for 800 meters and the hotel will be your right hand side! And oh my, the view from the bar is just fantastic, day or night!

มาเริ่มเดินทางจาก BTS รถไฟฟ้าสถานีใดก็ได้มาลงที่อโศก  หรือนั่ง MRT มาลงสุขุมวิทแล้วเดินทางต่อที่สุขุมวิทซอย 18 ค่ะ สามารถเดินเข้าซอยได้เลยหรือจะนั่งรถเข้าไปก็ได้แล้วแต่ความสะดวกเลยเข้าซอยมาฝั่งซ้ายมือจะเห็นโรงแรม Rembrandt Hotel & Suites Bangkok สามารถเดินเข้าไปแล้วขึ้นมาชั้น 26 ได้เลย

ขึ้นมาแล้วจะมีพนักงานต้อนรับและทางเข้าจะมีบาร์กระจกที่ทำให้เห็นวิวบรรยากาศท้องฟ้าอยู่ทางด้านหน้าแค่นี้ก็รู้สึกว้าวแล้ว^^

หนีร้อนตอนเช้ามานั่งรับลมยามเย็นกับที่นั่ง Outdoor บรรยากาศที่มองเห็นมุมตึกในกรุงเทพและดวงดาวยังชัดเจนในยามค่ำคืนพร้อมกับดนตรี Jazz แบบสดๆในทุกวันพุธเริ่มตั้งแต่ 19:00 ทำให้เพลิดเพลินไปกับเสียงเพลงและบรรยากาศจนไม่อยากลุกไปไหนเลยจะมาเดทแบบคู่รักก็โรแมนติกมามีตติ้งกับเพื่อนหรือมานั่งทำงานคนเดียวชิวๆก็ฟินได้เหมือนกัน

​Apart from the killer view, 1826 Mixology & Rooftop Bar is also famously known for its superb drinks. They have several talented bartenders from India creating their own unique drinks for us using ingredients from Mexico/Italy (these are secrets!). The presentation of each drink is just too cute! They are served in various types of crystal glasses and decorated with blossoming flowers.

ที่นี่ขึ้นชื่อเรื่อง cocktail เพราะเป็นเครื่องดื่มที่ทำจากส่วนผสมชั้นสูงเสริฟในแก้วคริสตัลโดยใช้วัสดุที่แปลกใหม่จากเม็กซิโกอิตาลีตกแต่งด้วยดอกไม้อย่างสวยงามพร้อมกับ Bartender ชาวอินเดียที่สร้างสรรค์เมนูเครื่องดื่มและ cocktail แบบไม่มีวันหยุดมีสูตรเฉพาะที่คุณไม่เคยได้สัมผัสรสชาติจากที่ไหนมาก่อนอย่างแน่นอน

​The first drink we have here is inspired by the tea garden in Kurseong (West Bengal), India. All the details in this glass represent each of the elements found in the garden!

แต่ละแก้วนั้นล้วนทำมาจากแรงบันดาลใจที่แตกต่างกันออกไปอย่างแก้วแรกมาจากสวนชาใน Kurseong จังหวัดเวสต์เบงกอลประเทศอินเดียโดยรายละเอียดจะเป็นสวนแขวนเล็กๆคล้ายคึงกันกับสถานที่

​The second drink we have here is called ‘Flora’ – just like the name, it is inspired by botanical flowers as seen in the hotel. Indeed, the smell of this cocktail is super fresh and flowery! 

ส่วนเมนูที่สอง Flora ได้แรงบันดาลใจมาจากสวนของทางโรงแรมที่แสดงถึงกลิ่นหอมของดอกไม้นานาชนิด

​And lastly, we have the Tiramisu Martini – brought to you from the Da Vinci Dining suite in the hotel. This particular cocktail is infused with a mild but exquisite sweetness, mimicking the taste of the Tiramisu dessert blended with high-quality liquor from the house. I suppose this could be my version of a female James Bond drink! 

สำหรับเมนูสุดท้าย Tiramisu Martini จะมาจากห้องอาหาร Da Vinci ของทางโรงแรมค่ะโดยตัว cocktail จะพยายามแปลงของหวานสไตล์อิตาเลียนที่คุ้นเคยซึ่งเป็นTiramisu ให้เป็น cocktail ของหวานที่สามารถดื่มได้ค่ะแต่ละแก้วราคาเพียงหลักร้อยแต่สวยหรูดูแพงมากเลย

In addition, snacks served include hot-from-oven pizza and mini hamburgers as well as other appetizers listed in the menu.
